Pros

  • Nice and intuitive user interface.

Cons

  • Nothing new.
  • Lacks lots of features present in secure browsers like secure browsing (incognito browsing), flash content blocking, and web verification services.

CE Safe Browser is a web browser that claims to be secure and safe. Well, it tries to distinguish itself from Internet Explorer by claiming that most attacks are targeted at users who use I.E., so you should change your web browser to theirs to be safe.
Graphically, this web browser looks a lot like Firefox, or even Safari. It has a tabbed interface, which allows you to open different websites in one window, and a bookmark bar below the address bar. The safety features that the developer is boasting about are also found in every modern web browser. Support for cookie management refers to standard, even in I.E.

The application blocks pop-up windows, just like every other browser, and it can block images, so that the process of downloading websites is faster.

Now, if this browser was as secure as the name makes it sound, it would be more broadly known. I can't say that it is not secure, though. But, these days most plug-ins are only supported by the three most popular web browsers. Even if this one could be a little more secure than I.E., I don't see any reasons to make the switch just because of that. This browser lacks a lot of features that are present in other known browsers, such as secure browsing (incognito browsing), flash content blocking, and web verification services.
